The personal data I collect about you will include data related to your name and address, and you and/or your animal(s) health and history. This data will be securely stored for 7 years, and will only be used by myself for communication with you. It will be used as a record of you and/or your animal(s) and any changes that may occur in your or their health, well-being or performance. This assists me to monitor progress and enables a more individual approach to treatments. You may have access to it, and have the right to ask for it to be erased.
Should you have a complaint, you have the right to request contact details of the supervising authority/Association in order to lodge this.
Information will only be shared with other professionals (e.g., the animal’s vet) as requested by you and the professional concerned.
